- 110g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Plain Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 75ml Water
- 95ml Milk
- Pre-heat the oven at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7 and grease a muffin tray.
- In a bowl, mix/whisk the eggs, milk and water.
- Over the top; sieve the Glebe Farm gluten free plain flour and then whisk the mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tray and cook for 30 minutes until golden brown.
