Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need to make one creamy, dreamy latte:

200ml Glebe Farm PureOaty Creamy & Enriched oat drink

1-2 shots of espresso (or 60ml of strong coffee)

Optional: a drizzle of syrup, or your best latte art skills

Directions

  1. Start by brewing 1-2 shots of espresso. No coffee machine? A cafetière (French press), stovetop espresso maker, or even a strong instant coffee will work just fine.
  2. Pour 200ml of PureOaty Creamy & Enriched oat drink into a mug. Gently heat it in the microwave on a medium heat for 2 minutes. Avoid boiling it – aim for warm and silky, around 60-65°C. If you’ve got a milk frother that heats as well, that’ll do the job brilliantly.
  3. Use a frother or handheld whisk to create that signature creamy foam. No fancy gadgets? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with these hacks: A manual or electric whisk will work wonders. Blend the milk on high speed for 10-15 seconds for that frothy finish. Pop the warm oat milk in a heatproof jar with a lid and give it a good shake for 30 seconds. PureOaty oat drinks have been specially designed to froth beautifully, so you’ll have a lovely, velvety foam every time.
  4. Now for the fun part, simply pour your freshly brewed espresso into your favourite mug. Slowly add the warmed oat milk, holding back the foam with a spoon. Finish by spooning the frothy foam on top for that authentic barista-style look.
  5. Elevate your latte with a drizzle of caramel or vanilla syrup.

And there you have it – the perfect oat milk latte!
