Ingredients

Iced Dalgona Mocha: (serves 1)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
150ml – 200ml PureOaty Barista oat drink
½ cup of ice

Iced Dalgona Matcha Latte: (serves 1)
100ml dairy free cream
1-2 tsp matcha powder
2 tsp caster sugar
150ml – 200ml PureOaty Barista oat drink
½ cup of ice
Optional – add 1 tbsp blueberry or strawberry syrup for a fruit kick

Directions

Dalgona Mocha Method:

  1. Add the cocoa powder, instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a bowl and whisk until you have a fluffy, thick foam. This will take around 3-4 minutes of whisking to thicken.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour PureOaty Barista oat drink on top. Spoon the whipped mocha on top, mix and enjoy.

Dalgona Matcha Method:

  1. Add the dairy free cream, sugar and matcha to a bowl and whisk until you have a stiff, fluffy mixture. This will take around 3-4 minutes of whisking to thicken.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour PureOaty Barista oat drink on top. Spoon the whipped matcha on top, mix and enjoy.
