Ingredients for the banana bread syrup:
1 ripe banana, mashed
250ml water
200g brown sugar
1-2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
For the coffee:
250ml PureOaty Barista oat drink
2 shots espresso
Handful of ice
