Banana Cream Cold Foam Matcha

Ingredients

Serves 1

For the banana milk:
1 ripe banana (the spottier the better)
200ml – 250ml PureOaty Barista oat drink 
1 tbsp maple syrup 
¼ tsp cinnamon

For the matcha:
1-2 tsp good quality matcha 
60ml hot water

For the banana cream: 
2 tbsp dairy free double cream 
1 tbsp banana milk

Directions

  1. Add banana, PureOaty Barista oat drink, maple syrup and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth. Reserve 1 tbsp of the milk for the cream topping. Pour the rest of the banana milk over ice. 
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha and hot water until smooth and slightly frothy. Pour this over the banana milk. 
  3. In a small bowl or glass, use an electric whisk to combine the cream and banana milk together until light and fluffy. Pour this on top of the matcha. Mix everything together and enjoy.

This matcha is so smooth, refreshing, and feels like a cafe-style drink that you can make easily at home!
