INGREDIENTS
- 150g porridge oats
- 250ml PureOaty oat drink
- 1 cooking apple
- 1 banana
- 60g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mixed spice
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
Directions

Mash the banana in a bowl. De-core the apple and chop it into small chunks and add to the mashed banana.

Then mix in all the other ingredients.

Pour into a lined baking tin and bake at 180c for 30 mins.
