Chocolate Eggs & Torte

INGREDIENTS

  • 300ml PureOaty oat drink
  • 400g of your favourite dark chocolate
  • Shop-bought chocolate egg (used as the bowl)
  • 75g caster sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Berries & fresh mint to decorate

Directions

1.

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl together and stir.

2.

Heat up the PureOaty on the hob. When the milk is bubbling, take off the heat and pour over the dry ingredients and whisk until all ingredients are combined.

3.

Pour the mixture into your shop-bought egg and leave it to set in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. (Tip: do not cover your mixture whilst it is setting as you will end up with ‘milk spots’ on top. Milk spots do not affect the taste but aren’t very pleasing to the eye.)

4.

Decorate with berries & mint - or topping of your choice!
