INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion
- 200g carrot
- 250g beetroot
- 100g mixed seeds
- 200g gluten free porridge oats
- 200ml PureOaty oat milk
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
Directions
1.
Chop the onion and soften by frying in a little oil.
2.
Mix the apple cider vinegar with the bicarbonate of soda.
3.
Grate the carrot and the beetroot.
4.
Mix all the ingredients together and press into a lined baking tin. Bake at 150c for about 50 mins or until springy!
