  • 100ml PureOaty oat drink
  • 125g plant-based yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 2 pinches of dried lavender
  • A few chunks of dark chocolate to decorate


  1. Add 100ml PureOaty and the lavender into a pan and cook on a low heat.
  2. Bring to the boil then take off the heat and mix your yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl.
  3. Pour your mixture into ice cream moulds and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
  4. Place your chocolate chunks into a heatproof bowl and sit it over a pan of barely simmering water (a bain marie) and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally. Once melted, drizzle over your pops.
