Crème Brûlée


  • 250ml PureOaty oat drink
  • 50g sugar / sweetener
  • 25g corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste



Whisk all the ingredients, then add to a pan and cook on a low heat whilst constantly stirring until your mixture thickens. This will take about 6 minutes.


Pour your mixture into two ramekins and put into the fridge to set for 4 hours.


Once set, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener on top of your cooled mixture and either blowtorch the sugar until caramelised or place under a hot grill for 2 minutes. Be careful whilst handling the hot ramekins and wait a few minutes until the caramel has cooled before eating.
