Overnight Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 125ml PureOaty oat drink
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Optional extras – seeds, nuts and fruit to top

Directions

1.

The night before! Mix the chia seeds, PureOaty and maple syrup. Cover and leave in the fridge.

In the morning, or when you are ready to devour, top with your optional extras. We topped ours with a few blackberries, blueberries, pomegranates & raspberries, 10g of chopped hazelnuts and a sprinkling of toasted pumpkin seeds.

To jazz it up further you could add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or cocoa powder. Just stir it in and leave overnight in your mix but add an extra 25ml of PureOaty to compensate for extra thickening.
