Ingredients

  • 200g gluten free plain flour
  • 20g baking powder
  • 120ml milk
  • 40g caster sugar
  • 50g butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220c.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients together to form a dough.
  3. On a floured surface, shape the dough into a ball and roll out with a rolling pin to about 2cm thick.
  4. Cut into fingers/circles and stab with a fork.
  5. Place on baking paper on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 mins until brown.
