- 200g gluten free plain flour
- 20g baking powder
- 120ml milk
- 40g caster sugar
- 50g butter
- 1 pinch salt
Preheat the oven to 220c.
Mix all the above ingredients together to form a dough.
On a floured surface, shape the dough into a ball and roll out with a rolling pin to about 2cm thick.
Cut into fingers/circles and stab with a fork.
Place on baking paper on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 mins until brown.
