Gluten Free Jam Tarts

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Glebe Farm gluten free plain flour
  • 125g butter
  • 1 egg

Directions

1.

Pre-heat the oven at 200C/400F/gas mark 6.

2.

In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free plain flour, salt and butter with a fork until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

3.

Add the beaten egg to the mixture, stir in with a fork and then use your hands to form the dough into a ball shape.
