- 430g gluten free plain flour
- 160g golden syrup
- 90g dairy free margarine
- 4g ginger
- 2.5g baking soda
- Sweets to decorate.
Pre-heat the oven at 180c/160c fan/gas mark 4.
In a bowl, mix the above ingredients together to form a dough.
On a floured surface roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
Cut the dough into shapes and place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Decorate with sweets and they are ready to eat.
