Banana Breakfast Bars

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g gluten free porridge oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200g dried figs, finely chopped
  • 70ml vegetable or light olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons clear honey
  • 2 tablespoons crunchy nut butter of your choice (or leave out to be nut-free)
  • 40g sweet seed mix (this can be pumpkin, sesame or sunflower seeds etc)

Directions

1.

Simply mix all the ingredients together.

Cook for 25 minutes on 180C/160C fan/gas mark 4.

You could also add apricots or any other dried fruit etc.
