INGREDIENTS
- 300g gluten free porridge oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200g dried figs, finely chopped
- 70ml vegetable or light olive oil
- 3 tablespoons clear honey
- 2 tablespoons crunchy nut butter of your choice (or leave out to be nut-free)
- 40g sweet seed mix (this can be pumpkin, sesame or sunflower seeds etc)
Directions

Simply mix all the ingredients together.

Cook for 25 minutes on 180C/160C fan/gas mark 4.

You could also add apricots or any other dried fruit etc.
