- 2 handfuls of gluten free strawberry oat granola
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- A handful of each fruit – eg blueberries, mango or strawberries etc
- 100g of creamy natural yoghurt
- Optional: nuts / pumpkin seeds
- Optional: 3 tablespoons maple syrup/ agave syrup
Place some natural yoghurt in the bottom of a glass.
Layer with granola.
Layer with fruit.
Layer with yoghurt - and repeat until the glass is full.
