- 2 handfuls of Gluten Free Strawberry Oat Granola
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- A handful of each fruit – eg blueberries, mango etc. (Strawberries add a lovely splash of colour)
- 100g of creamy natural yoghurt
- Optional: nuts / pumpkin seeds
- Optional: 3 tbsp maple syrup/ agave syrup
Place some natural yoghurt in the bottom of a glass.
Layer with granola.
Layer with fruit.
Layer with yoghurt and repeat until the glass is full.
