Ingredients

Serves 1

40g PureOaty gluten free porridge oats 
200ml PureOaty Creamy & Enriched oat drink
1 tbsp milled flaxseed or chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup 
20g raisins or sultanas
½ tsp cinnamon
½ carrot, grated

Optional – half scoop vanilla protein powder (you may need to add another 50ml milk) 

Topping:
2 tbsp dairy free plain yogurt
1 tbsp dairy free cream cheese
Crushed walnuts 

Directions

  1. Add the oats, sultanas, flaxseed, maple syrup, cinnamon, protein powder and milk into a container and mix well. 
  2. Grate your carrot and mix this in. Let the oats thicken in the fridge overnight. 
  3. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and cream cheese until smooth and well combined. Spread this on top of the oats and sprinkle some chopped walnuts, and enjoy! 

You can multiply this recipe so you have a delicious breakfast all week! Store in an airtight container for up to five days. Enjoy!
