Ingredients

Recipe (serves 6-8) 

For the crumble topping:
150g PureOaty gluten free porridge oats 
60g dairy free butter
60g gluten free plain flour 
50g brown sugar or coconut sugar

For the filling:
3-4 medium apples 
4 plums 
150g blackberries 
Juice of half a lemon
60g caster sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C. Add the sliced apples, sliced plums and blackberries to a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and sugar and mix well until the fruit is well coated. Set this aside while you make the crumble topping. 
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, plain flour and Glebe Farm gluten free porridge oats. Rub the mixture together with your fingertips until you have a breadcrumb texture.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. 
  4. Serve warm on its own or with a generous helping of dairy free custard or ice cream.
