How to create a cherry cold foam matcha latte

Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need to make one cherry cold foam matcha latte:

For the matcha latte:

1-2 tsp good quality matcha powder 

60m hot water

200ml – 250ml Glebe Farm PureOaty Barista oat drink

 

For the cherry cold foam:

2 tbsp Glebe Farm PureOaty Barista oat drink

2 tbsp dairy free cream

1 tbsp cherry syrup

Directions

  1. Add 60ml hot water into a bowl and sift the matcha powder directly into the hot water. 
  2. Whisk in an ‘M’ motion until the matcha is smooth and slightly frothy. 
  3. Fill your glass with ice and add 200-250ml of PureOaty Barista. Fill the cup around ¾ full to make sure there is enough space for the cold foam. 
  4. Pour in the matcha and mix together until combined well. 
  5. In a separate bowl, add the dairy free cream, the remaining 2 tbsp of PureOaty Barista and the cherry syrup. Use a hand whisk to whip the mixture until it’s thick and creamy. This may take 1-2 minutes. 
  6. Add the cherry cold foam on top of the matcha latte and enjoy.
