Gluten Free Shortbread

Ingredients:

 200 g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Plain Flour
 20 g Gluten Free Baking Powder
 120 ml Milk
 40 g Caster Sugar
 50 g Butter
 1 pinch Salt

Directions:

Pre-heat the oven at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.

Mix all the above ingredients together to form a dough.

On a floured surface, shape the dough into a ball and roll out, with a rolling pin, to about 2cm thick.

Cut into fingers/circles and stab with a fork.

Place on baking paper on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15mins until brown.
