Based at: Glebe Farm Foods

The role

You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are planned into the bulk/retail/oat/drink production plan. Ensure that the logistics of all pickups/deliveries of customer orders is undertaken on time and in full by means of effective communication and planning.

the responsibilities

Key aspects of the role include:

• Ensure that all bulk/retail/oat drink orders are planned into the production plan in order to meet customer delivery dates on time and in full.

• Liaise with local and international 3rd Party packers, including logistics, to ensure that drinks packaging is delivered on time and in full.

• Ensure an up-to-date and accurate stock holding is maintained on SAGE 200.

• Effectively communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to maintain suitable stock levels based on sales forecast.

• Effectively communicate with the Sales Department to maintain a sales forecast.

• Communicate and manage logistic companies effectively, ensuring all delivery requirements are met to guarantee customers receive deliveries on time and in full.

• Investigate delivery complaints raised by customers.

• Ensure all customs documentation is correct for all export deliveries.

• Any other tasks that may reasonably be required by the business.

Skills and experience

This role requires the following technical skills and experience:

• Experience working with Sage 200.

• Strong reporting skills.

• Able to analyse data.

• Knowledge of BRC requirements and associated standards.

• Key Performance Indicator-Order in Time in Full (Daily KPI)

• Key Performance Indicator- Warehouse GMP Audit (Weekly KPI)

• Key Performance Indicator-Orders produced in time and in full against the plan (Daily KPI)

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
