Head Barista-Barrister wanted

Due to evolving and well publicised events, Glebe Farm is looking to take the innovative step of enhancing its coffee ambassador work by introducing new legal expertise.

Offering excellence in plant milk for discerning coffee enthusiasts is core to our business. However, in the cut and thrust world of modern oat milk business, it is sadly not enough to simply serve a deliciously frothy oat milk latte. Now we also need to steam up heated legal rhetoric too.

As a small business we have no choice but to combine these disparate skills into one. This is not a typical role, nor for the faint-hearted. The unique demands of this situation require:

– Barista latte art skills

– Barristerial ‘bring it home’ skills

– The talent to sell packs, and win cases

– The ability to attend high court one moment, then hold court in a coffee shop the next

– A genuine passion for sustainable British oat milk

– A love of the plucky underdog

– A never-say-die attitude regardless of the pressure
