Gluten Free Strawberry Granola Surprise


  • 2 handfuls of Glebe Farm Gluten Free Strawberry Granola Crisp
  • ¾ tsp Baking Powder
  • Any fruit – a handful of each – eg blueberries, mango etc. Strawberries add colour
  • 100g of creamy natural yoghurt
  • Optional: nuts / pumpkin seeds
  • Optional: 3 tbsp maple syrup/ Agave Nectar

Serving suggestion:

    Place some natural yoghurt in the bottom of a glass or jar, and layer with granola, fruit and yoghurt.

Very tasty and lovely as breakfast or for a dessert.
