- 2 handfuls of Glebe Farm Gluten Free Strawberry Granola Crisp
- ¾ tsp Baking Powder
- Any fruit – a handful of each – eg blueberries, mango etc. Strawberries add colour
- 100g of creamy natural yoghurt
- Optional: nuts / pumpkin seeds
- Optional: 3 tbsp maple syrup/ Agave Nectar
- Place some natural yoghurt in the bottom of a glass or jar, and layer with granola, fruit and yoghurt.
Very tasty and lovely as breakfast or for a dessert.
