Gluten Free Sticky Loaf Pudding Recipe
- Pre-heat oven at 170°C, 325°F, Gas Mark 3. Line a 1lb loaf (400g) tin with parchment paper.
- In a bowl add the beaten eggs, melted margarine, milk and the golden syrup and mix together, and then blend in the cake mix.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake on the top/centre of the oven for 35 minutes.
- Leave to stand for 10 minutes before removing from the tin.
