Gluten Free Oat Bran PorridgeIngredients:

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a non-stick saucepan.
  2. Turn onto a high heat.
  3. Continue to stir for about 3-4 mins until the porridge thickens.
  4. Then simmer for 2-3mins adding more milk if required.
  5. Pour into two desert bowls and serve.
  6. Pour a little milk on over the top of porridge (optional).
