- 300g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Ginger Cake Mix OR Glebe Farm Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs Lightly Beaten
- 135g Melted Margarine (Dairy or Non Dairy/Soya eg., Vitalite or Pure)
- In a bowl whisk beaten eggs, melted margarine and the cake mix.
- Pour into 5 ramekins to ¾ full. Place in microwave for 4 minutes on full power.
- Leave to stand for a minute.
- Drizzle with a sweet sauce/ice cream/cream/custard.
