Gluten Free Microwave PudsIngredients:


  1. In a bowl whisk beaten eggs, melted margarine and the cake mix.
  2. Pour into 5 ramekins to ¾ full. Place in microwave for 4 minutes on full power.
  3. Leave to stand for a minute.
  4. Drizzle with a sweet sauce/ice cream/cream/custard.
