(Makes 10 ginger men):
- 430g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Plain Flour
- 90g Dairy/Soya Free Margarine (e.g., Vitalite/Pure)
- 4g Ginger
- 2.5g Baking Soda
- 160g Golden Syrup
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4.
- In a bowl mix the above ingredients together to form a dough.
- On a floured surface roll out the dough using a rolling pin.
- Using a gingerbread cutter cut out 10 ginger men and place in a baking tray.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until brown.
