Gluten Free Banana Breakfast Bars – Sugar Free
Could be made dairy free too!
- 300g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Porridge Oats
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 200g Dried figs, finely chopped
- 70ml Vegetable or light olive oil
- 3 tbsp Clear honey
- 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter or butter – this can be left out completely
- 40g sweet mixed seed mix (this can be sunflower, seseme, pumpkin seeds)
- Mix all together.
- Cook on 180C/160C fan/Gas 4 for 25 minutes.
- You could also add apricots or any other dried fruit.
