Gluten Free Banana Breakfast Bars – Sugar Free

Could be made dairy free too!



  • 300g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Porridge Oats
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 200g Dried figs, finely chopped
  • 70ml Vegetable or light olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Clear honey
  • 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter or butter – this can be left out completely
  • 40g sweet mixed seed mix (this can be sunflower, seseme, pumpkin seeds)


  1. Mix all together.
  2. Cook on 180C/160C fan/Gas 4 for 25 minutes.
  3. You could also add apricots or any other dried fruit.
