
Ingredients:
- 300g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix
- 150g Melted Dairy/Soya Free Margarine (e.g. Vitalite or Pure)
- 2 Mashed Bananas
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and grease a muffin tray or line with muffin cases.
- In a bowl add the melted margarine, mashed bananas and the cake mix to form a batter.
- Pour into the muffin tin or cases and cook for 25 minutes.
