Gluten & Egg Free Chocolate Muffins



  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and grease a muffin tray or line with muffin cases.
  2. In a bowl add the melted margarine, mashed bananas and the cake mix to form a batter.
  3. Pour into the muffin tin or cases and cook for 25 minutes.
