- 400g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Ginger Cake Mix
- 170g Melted Dairy/Soya Free Margarine (e.g., Vitalite/Pure)
- 90g Apple puree or Apple Sauce (like Pork and Apple sauce)
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and grease one 8 inch cake tins.
- In a bowl mix the melted margarine, apple puree/sauce and the ginger cake mix together.
- Pour into the prepared cake tin and cook for 35-40 minutes.
