Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and grease one 8 inch cake tins.
  2. In a bowl add the melted margarine, mashed bananas and the cake mix to form a batter.
  3. Pour into the prepared cake tin and cook for 25-30 minutes.
