- 300g Glebe Farm Gluten Free Carrot Cake Mix
- 100g Melted Dairy/Soya Free Margarine (e.g., Vitalite/Pure)
- 60g Apple puree or Apple Sauce (like Pork and Apple sauce)
- 2 Grated Medium Carrots
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and grease one 8 inch cake tins.
- In a bowl mix the melted margarine, apple puree/sauce, grated carrots and the carrot cake mix together.
- Pour into the prepared cake tin and cook for 25-30 minutes.
