Gluten & Egg Free Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven  at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 and grease one 8 inch cake tins.
  2. In a bowl mix the melted margarine, apple puree/sauce, grated carrots and the carrot cake mix together.
  3. Pour into the prepared cake tin and cook for 25-30 minutes.
