Glebe Farm Gluten Free Carrot Cake Mix 300g
This Carrot Cake Mix is simple to make – beat in eggs, margarine and two grated carrots.
It can be made egg and dairy free too.
The cake tastes moist, with a carrot explosion!
Add butter icing for best results. It can be kept for 4 days in the fridge or can be frozen.
Sugar, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Dehydrated Carrot Pieces (6%), Gluten Free Baking Powder (Raising Agents: Disodium diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Rice Flour), Ground Cinnamon, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.
