Gluten Free Shortbread Recipe

Gluten Free ShortbreadIngredients:


  1. Pre-heat the oven at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients together to form a dough.
  3. On a floured surface, shape the dough into a ball and roll out, with a rolling pin, to about 2cm thick.
  4. Cut into fingers/circles and stab with a fork.
  5. Place on baking paper on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15mins until brown.
