Birthday cake made by Jenny from Hertfordshire for her Daughters 8th Birthday using Glebe Farm’s Gluten Free Chocolate Cake mix. All the family got involved, either making, blowing out the candles or eating!
I have been using your Cranberry and Blueberry muffins, for several years, nearly every week. I would like to say the product does not need the yoghurt, if you use about 100 grams of fresh or frozen blueberries. Also I stopped using margarine as it tastes far more luxurious replacing it with the same amount of butter.
The cooked muffins freeze extremely well and just need 40 to 50 seconds to warm them up.
I also sometimes sieve the dried blueberries and cranberries from the mix, use butter, part microwaved chopped Apple, with a teaspoon of cinnamon to get spiced apple muffins. I also keep the fruit in and do a Christmas version, use butter and add zest of one orange, half the juice and 100 grams of fresh or frozen cranberries, you also add a teaspoon of mixed spice and half teaspoon of cinnamon, it’s taste of Christmas.
